Mail in Repairs
There are two options to choose when sending your shoes/boots to us.
Option 1:
1) To pay by credit or debit card, go through the payment process via
PayPal by clicking on the PayPal link next to the service you select
on each of the separate service/product pages listed to the left.
2) Fill out our order form:
3) Mail your shoes/boots and order form to us at:
509 Park Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076
4) Within 1-2 weeks your shoes/boots will be returned
Option 2:
1) Make out a check or money order to Park Ave Shoe Repair. Prices for
each service can be found on the individual product/service pages
listed on the left. Please include an
additional $10 for shipping.

4) Within 1-2 weeks your shoes/boots will be returned
