I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the Fabiano family of
Park Ave. Shoe Repair. Our partially paralyzed 79 year old mom was in
the Scotch Plains area to attend Union Catholic's graduation on
June 4, when the strap on her leg brace broke. Without the brace, she
cannot stand or bear weight.
We took the brace to Park Ave. Shoe repair, and they expertly
strengthened the brace by replacing the strap. Although they were busy,
they fixed the brace on the spot. Their professionalism was reassuring
and we were touched by their compassion and humanitarianism. Thank you
again.

My badly damaged Ugg boots look like new!!!!!! I am SO happy with the
results!!!You have done the impossible!! I had used a suede spray to
waterproof my boots but instead it left white patches on them. I
contacted the store where I had bought my Uggs to see what they
recommended. One of the sales associates suggested trying a little
Woolite and water with a toothbrush. ( FYI- a REALLY BAD IDEA-ask
Anna!!) The spots were even worse!!! I was heartbroken, and I really
didn't want to have to throw them out. So I decided to do some research
online, and found Park Ave Shoe Repair. After looking at before and
after pics, as well as reading all the positive testimonials, I decided
to give them a try!! I am so GLAD I did!!!! The personalized customer
service and communication are THE BEST!!!! Not to mention UNBELIEVABLY
FAST shipping!!! (Less than 1 week from when I shipped the boots AND
received them back!!!!!!) I DEFINITELY look forward to doing business

Amazing!!!! My daughter's nail polish stained UGGs look brand new. Our
local UGG specialist said they were ruined and wouldn't touch them.
Anna, however, assurred me that she'd had success removing nail polish.
Thinking I had nothing to lose, but not overly hopeful, I shipped out
the boots. In a week's time I had them back good as new! I am now a
Park Avenue Shoe Repair customer for life and will spread the word
freely to all my UGG wearing friends!

There were only two items my daughter wanted for Christmas this
year...her favorite perfume and new UGG boots. About a week after
Christmas, she dropped the perfume on the tile floor in the bathroom
while wearing her new UGGs. The bottle shattered and the perfume
splattered all over the boots. They looked horrible. I thought about
buying a cleaning kit for the boots but I decided to let a professional
clean them. I looked online to find a place to do the job and found
Park Ave. Shoe Repair...I could not find a local repair shop. I mailed
the boots from VA on Jan. 10th. The boots were returned on Jan. 20th
looking brand new! We could not be more pleased. Thank you.

I had taken my one week old never worn Christian Louboutins stilettos
to my trusty local neighborhood shoe repair for obvious reasons....I
wanted to protect that gorgeous signature red sole. Well...when I
picked up my shoes I honestly cried no lie, they were an absolute mess,
the red rubber protective soles had been cut and placed crooked, uneven
and glue was everywhere. I was devastated as you can understand but not
in my nature to react hurt anyones feelings, I grabbed my destroyed
$1000 pumps and ran into my car where my husband was waiting, he took
one look at my face and knew I was disatisfied, I began to sob. He
promised me a new pair but I thought how unfair, they were as new as
the next pair. In panic I jumped on the net and searched for pros
specializing in repairs of such decadent footwear and was delighted
when I came across Park ave Shoe Repairs, I immediately called and
spoke with Nick who when I explained my disaster instantly reassured me
they can be repaired. Although a bit far I got in my car the following
day and left them in Nicks hands as I was about to walk out the door I
met Roberto (Nicks son) who was very confident in saving my investment.
Truthfully I thought to myself they cant possibly look any worse.
Finally it was time, shoes were ready...I could not believe my eyes!!!
OMG they were PERFECT!!!!!!! The matching of the color, the even sole,
just FLAWLESS!!!!!!!!!! And even more surprised in how reasonably
priced they are. I was veryyyy pleased from how I was greated by this
family runned business to the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job and reputation

All I can say is WOW! I am overly impressed with
Park Ave Shoe Repair. I had just got my new grey UGG boots and I
stepped in caulk, which is like a glue and it splattered on my shoe. I
then proceeded to clean them with the UGG boot cleaner and it sucked
all of the color out of the one spot where I had used the cleaner. It
looked like the one shoe was bleached. I panicked and called Park Ave
because I saw the before and after pictures on their website. I was
hesitant because they looked so bad, but anything could have helped
these boots. I received a call from them a few days later and they were
gushing about how good they looked! I immediately rushed over to pick
them up and it was true!!! They looked brand new! I am in awe. I will
never think twice about what to do when I stain my UGG boots next
time...I'M GOING STRAIGHT TO PARK AVE SHOE REPAIR. Not only are they
great at fixing shoes, but they are some of the most personable
business owners I've ever met. I will forever go to this shoe repair
shop!

I sent Park Avenue Shoe Repair a patent leather Coach bag that had a huge
Diet Coke spilled into it. Based on my previous experience with them
saving and waterproofing my daughter's UGGs boots and moccasins, Park
Avenue
Shoe Repair popped right into my mind. After talking to Anna on the
phone and describing my problem, I sent the bag to her. It came out
like NEW!!!!! The soda was soaked into the fabric inside the patent
coating..I have no idea how she could do it but she did. They are
incredibly knowledgable and talented. The communication was great. Anna
called me a couple of times to update me on the status of this crazy
repair. All in all I had my bag back like new in less than a week
(including mail time!!) Previously when I had sent them my daughters
water stained Ugg boots and jeans-dye stained Ugg moccassins they came
out like new. Their waterproofing has kept them perfect!! No other shoe
repair can do what these guys do routinely.
Can't say enough. Five stars doesn't tell the story. Their prices are
extremely reasonable.They're the BEST!!!!

I have had my Ugg boots for one year and did not correctly waterproof
them. After my first wear this winter they looked AWFUL. The grey was
almost black and the white salt lines made them unwearable. After
unsuccessfully cleaning them myself I sent my boots on a Saturday and
had them back by the next Monday. They look AMAZING! I am SO happy with
how they turned out. I literally was going to throw them out. I also
received them on my birthday to boot!!! AND had a coworker tell me that
she liked my NEW Uggs!!! Thank you so much they literally look 100000x
better! Extremely pleased!

I love Park Avenue Shoe Repair. After googling "Louboutin sole repair"
and finding one expensive LA shoe repair place after another, I came
across a Yelp review of PASR. The comments were wonderful so I sent
them an email. Marc was a doll. He replied within the hour and even
created an option on the website for flats like mine that didn't need a
new heel but needed to be resoled. I shipped them off and within 2
weeks I received my beautiful flats back looking better than ever. The
red sole matched perfectly and they even fixed the numerous scratches
on the leather. I can't brag about them enough and will only send my
Louboutins to Park Avenue Shoe Repair!

I sent my Ugg boots to Park Ave Shoe Repair for a cleaning and waterproof
treatment. They appeared very worn and even smudged from constant
contact with everything as I wore them 24/7; I even cleaned my house
with them. My boots were returned looking as if they were practically
new and all fluffed up and cozy again. Anna called to inform me of the
eta, and even called again to inform me that the eta had changed since
original ship date fell on a holiday. I was confident before I shipped
them from all of the positive reviews that I read, that I would be
happy with the outcome of my boots; I am even more confident seeing the
finished product and after speaking with Anna about my boots. I feel
they are a very honest company striving to do their best with the
client in mind. Thank you for giving my Ugg's life again! You'll

service and craftmanship, too -- you can barely tell the heels got

I wholeheartedly recommend Park Ave Shoe Repair. My Uggs had paint
splatters, water damage, and a large rip in the front. They were in
terrible condition, and I thought they were beyond repair! However, I
sent them to Park Ave Shoe Repair, and within a matter of days, my Uggs
were returned in perfect condition. All the paint and water damage was
removed, and the rip was stitched up. And the costumer service was
excellent!

I recently sent in a pair of UGG's that I got for Christmas 2009. With
all of the bad weather we had in January and February (salt, snow,
etc), I pretty much managed to ruin them. I had tried to clean them
with Woolite and water (don't do this...very bad) but it just made them
worse. I sent them to Anna and am pleased to say that they look
FANTASTIC. I cannot believe that they are the same boots that I sent in
a week ago! I highly recommend Park Ave Shoe Repair and will let

I had dropped a piece of greasy chicken on one of my UGG boots and I
thought I could just wipe it off, but no, it didn't work and I thought
they were ruined!! So I looked on the internet to see what to use to
clean UGGs and a lot of the things on there said that most cleaners
didn't really work. So I dug deeper into my search and saw your ad and
read the testimonials and said what could I have to lose. Sent them in
and when they came back the stain was gone and looked brand new. You

I have a new pair of UGG gray boots that's been soiled of flood water. I've
tried to remove the soil but no luck it get worse so I searched who can

daughter had spilled nail polish on them. I can not even believe that
you were able to completely remove this stain. These boots were brand

to shoe repair shops that repair my heels and then they continue to
break. I took my heels to Park Ave.,
and they are as good as new! Easily accessible location, also do a
great job cleaning UGG boots! Saves me the shoes I love and the money I
would have to spend buying new shoes!

I have a pair of brand new chestnut UGGs and I got oil on them. I
tried cleaning them with the real UGG cleaner and it just made it
worse. I researched places online and I ended up finding a place called
Park Ave Shoe Repair in NJ....I sent them to the woman and just got
them back. She did an absolutely AMAZING job! I can't believe how

service that you want and how you want to pay, I did the works and it

I recently had five pairs of leather designer shoes/boots re-soled, re-heeled and polished to perfection!!! These boots
never go out of style, and they have been given a new life! Love it,
love it, love it! Marc is terrific, and possesses the old fashioned
work ethic that is so hard to find today. Don't throw away your worn
shoes anymore. They can fix it all.

I had gotten a pair of black tall Uggs and after only a few months (of
wearing them almost everyday) the support on the back where the label
was broke. I'm not sure how or why this happened but they had to be
fixed. Some one had told me of this repair shop,
so I gave it a try. When i got them back a few days later they were

I received a pair of tall chocolate UGG boots for Christmas 2009 and
before I had a chance to put on any treatment to repel water, etc I
opened the fridge and a bowl of peas with a butter sauce fell out and
splashed all over me and my boots. Needless to say I was livid. I tried
to remove the stains with the UGG cleaner and that didn't work. It just
made the spots worse and faded out the color. So I found this company
and spoke with them over a few emails and decided what the heck what do
I have to lose the boots were ruined anyway. So I shipped them out and
I received a call stating the boots had been cleaned, looked brand new
and was on their way home. I received them yesterday and I am amazed
how great they look. I would recommend New Jersey Shoe Repair to anyone
wanting their UGGs cleaned. I also believe they would do an awesome job
on any shoe.
